Smile Center of Orlando VIP Membership Plan: $29/month VIP Plan and $60/month VIP Perio Plan with 15% off additional treatment

At Smile Center of Orlando, we believe that quality dental care should be accessible whether you have insurance or not. Our in-house VIP Membership Plan is designed for patients without dental insurance who want a straightforward, transparent way to pay for the preventive care they need each year — plus meaningful savings on any additional treatment they choose.

There are two plans available: the VIP Plan for standard preventive care, and the VIP Perio Plan for patients who need periodontal maintenance. Both plans can be paid monthly or annually.

Enrollment takes just a few minutes. Scan the QR code below or call (407) 678-8848 to enroll before your next visit.

VIP Plan — $29 per Month or $449 per Year

The VIP Plan is our standard preventive care membership, designed for patients who need routine dental care and want predictable annual costs.

What is included with the VIP Plan:

  • 2 comprehensive exams per year
  • 2 professional cleanings (prophylaxis) per year
  • 1 set of routine X-rays per year
  • 2 fluoride treatments per year
  • 1 emergency visit (exam and X-ray) per year

Approximate annual savings: $568 compared to paying for each of these services individually at our standard fees.

Price: $29 per month (with a $100 annual fee) or $449 as a single annual payment. Choose whichever billing option works best for your household budget.

VIP Perio Plan — $60 per Month or $820 per Year

The VIP Perio Plan is designed for patients who have been diagnosed with periodontal disease or who need more frequent cleanings to maintain their oral health. Perio maintenance is not the same as a standard cleaning — it is a deeper, more thorough cleaning that removes bacteria from below the gumline.

What is included with the VIP Perio Plan:

  • 2 comprehensive exams per year
  • 4 perio maintenance cleanings per year (instead of standard cleanings)
  • 1 set of routine X-rays per year
  • 4 fluoride treatments per year
  • 1 emergency visit (exam and X-ray) per year

Approximate annual savings: $861 compared to paying for each of these services individually at our standard fees.

Price: $60 per month (with a $100 annual fee) or $820 as a single annual payment.

If you are not sure whether the VIP Plan or the VIP Perio Plan is right for you, our clinical team can review your periodontal history during your first visit and recommend the right membership.

Additional Member Benefit — 15% Off Other Treatment

VIP members receive 15% off other dental treatment performed at Smile Center of Orlando beyond what is already included in their membership. This applies to services like:

  • Fillings and composite restorations
  • Dental crowns and bridges
  • Dental bonding
  • Root canal treatment
  • Tooth extractions
  • Teeth whitening
  • Cosmetic dentistry

Exclusions and important notes:

  • The 15% member discount excludes orthodontics (including Invisalign)
  • The 15% member discount excludes dental implants (including All-on-4)
  • The 15% member discount cannot be combined with third-party financing (CareCredit, LendingClub, or Sunbit)
  • The 15% member discount cannot be combined with the 15% paid-in-full cash discount

If you are planning treatment that is excluded from the member discount — like Invisalign or dental implants — our team can walk you through our third-party financing partners as an alternative way to save on total cost. Learn more on our Patient Financing page.

How the Monthly and Annual Billing Options Work

You can choose to pay for your VIP Membership monthly or annually. Both options include the same benefits — the difference is how you pay.

Annual billing is the simplest option. You pay for the full year upfront ($449 for the VIP Plan or $820 for the VIP Perio Plan) and your membership is active for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Monthly billing spreads the cost across the year at $29 per month (VIP Plan) or $60 per month (VIP Perio Plan). Monthly members also pay a one-time $100 annual fee at enrollment. This makes the total annual cost of the monthly option slightly higher than paying annually upfront, in exchange for the convenience of a smaller monthly payment.

Neither option requires a credit check, and there are no complicated claim forms or reimbursement paperwork like traditional dental insurance.

Who Is the VIP Membership Plan For?

The VIP Membership Plan is designed for patients who fit one or more of these situations:

  • Patients without dental insurance. Rather than paying full fees on every visit, membership locks in preventive care at a predictable annual cost.
  • Self-employed patients who do not receive dental insurance through an employer and find individual dental insurance plans expensive or restrictive.
  • Retirees who lost dental coverage when they left work or transitioned to Medicare (which does not cover routine dental care).
  • Families paying out of pocket who want to bundle preventive care for multiple family members into a predictable annual cost.
  • Patients comparing membership to insurance. If your annual dental insurance premium exceeds $600, the VIP Plan may cover more actual dental care per dollar spent.

Not sure if the VIP Plan is right for your situation? Call (407) 678-8848 and our team can walk you through the numbers based on the dental care you typically need each year.

Frequently Asked Questions About the VIP Membership Plan

Is the VIP Membership Plan a form of dental insurance?

No. The VIP Membership Plan is an in-house savings program provided directly by Smile Center of Orlando. It is not insurance and does not involve deductibles, claim forms, waiting periods, or annual maximums. Members receive included preventive services and a discount on other treatments performed at our office.

Can I use my VIP Membership for family members?

Each membership covers one patient. If you would like to enroll multiple family members, each person will have their own membership. Our team can enroll multiple family members at the same time and coordinate the billing.

What happens if I need major work like dental implants?

The 15% member discount excludes dental implants and orthodontics. For those larger treatments, our team can walk you through our third-party financing partners (CareCredit, LendingClub, and Sunbit) to spread the cost of treatment over time. Learn more on our Patient Financing page.

Can I cancel my VIP Membership?

Yes. Contact our front desk team to cancel your membership. Refund policies depend on whether you paid monthly or annually and how many services have already been used. Our team will explain the options at the time you enroll.

Are there waiting periods before I can use my membership?

No. Unlike traditional dental insurance, there are no waiting periods with the VIP Membership Plan. Included services can be used from the day your membership is activated.

Does the VIP Membership cover emergency dental visits?

Yes — one emergency visit per year (exam and X-ray) is included with both the VIP Plan and the VIP Perio Plan. If treatment is needed beyond the exam and X-ray, the 15% member discount applies to that treatment (with the standard exclusions).

How does the 15% member discount work with other offers?

The 15% member discount cannot be combined with third-party financing (CareCredit, LendingClub, or Sunbit) or with the 15% paid-in-full cash discount. Members choose the option that provides the best savings for their treatment plan at the time of service.

What is included in a “set of routine X-rays”?

A standard set of routine X-rays is typically four bitewing X-rays taken during your annual exam. If additional diagnostic imaging is required (like a panoramic X-ray or cone-beam CT for implant planning), that would be a separate service, and the 15% member discount would apply.
