How do I fill out new patient forms at Smile Center of Orlando?
Our new patient forms are digital. After you schedule, we send them to you by email or text before your appointment so you can complete them from your phone or computer. If you prefer paper forms, call (407) 678-8848. Your completed health history needs to reach us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
What happens at my first visit to Smile Center of Orlando?
Your first visit is a comprehensive exam with one of our dentists. It includes a check of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues, an oral cancer screening, and any X-rays needed. We review the findings with you, explain any recommended treatment and fees, and schedule your cleaning as a separate visit.
Does my first dental visit include a cleaning?
No. Your first appointment is a comprehensive exam. The exam shows us how much time you need for a thorough cleaning, so we schedule your cleaning as its own appointment instead of rushing it.
How much is a new patient visit without dental insurance?
Patients without dental insurance can book our $150 New Patient Special, which includes a doctor exam and all X-rays taken during that first visit. Call (407) 678-8848 and mention the New Patient Special when you schedule.
What should I bring to my first dental appointment?
Bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. Your health history and any X-rays from a previous dentist need to reach us at least 24 hours before your visit.
